By placing an order on this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't place an order. Call or text us with questions first.
Products & Made-to-Order Lead Times
Goose-Grip worklights are made to order. Most orders ship within 5 days, but if we sell through a batch of a given product, your order may take longer to build. We'll reach out if we need anything else from you to get your order out the door. Product design is patent-pending.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of order and is processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors or suspected fraud.
Shipping
Shipping is free to addresses in the lower 48 states. We don't ship outside the United States; for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or military addresses, email info@goosegrip.com for a shipping quote before you order. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged in transit, contact us and we'll make it right.
Returns & Cancellations
Because every unit is made to order for your specific battery platform, we generally don't accept returns for buyer's remorse once production has started. If something arrives defective or damaged, or you need to cancel before we've started building it, call or text us and we'll work it out. Manufacturing defects and normal wear are covered separately by our limited lifetime warranty.
Product Use & Liability
Goose-Grip worklights are tools intended for general lighting use in automotive and similar repair settings. They are not rated or intended for use as a vehicle safety light, load-bearing hardware, or in any application where failure could cause injury beyond normal shop use. Use common sense and standard shop safety practices. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goose-Grip Products is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Intellectual Property
Goose-Gripā¢ and the Goose-Grip logo are trademarks of Goose-Grip Products. The product design is patent-pending. Don't reproduce, copy, or reverse-engineer our products or site content for resale without written permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The ālast updatedā date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent change.
